The Boathouse at Corn Hill

What better way to spend a week in Truro than right on the water! Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill is very excited to offer housing for students who are taking workshops at Castle Hill. The Boathouse is located right on Corn Hill Beach, with private access to the beach. The Boathouse also has a quaint kitchen and a back deck that looks out to the water - great sunset views!
There are three sleeping areas in this quant little cottage, one with a queen sized bed, a loft space with a queen sized bed, and a tiny room with a twin bed and two windows. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. Rooms have a private bath, and each has a queen sized bed. There is a small cooking area for basic cooking needs. Students are responsible for providing their own food. Cottage does not have telephone or air-conditioner (though fans will be made available). Students must bring their own sheets, towels and toiletries.
GUEST POLICY - If sharing the cottage with one or two others, (i.e. significant other and/or friend) the cost is $200 additional per person per week. (Two queens and one twin) Payment is due in full at time of reservation.
Please Note: Maximum - two parking spots at this site.
Check-in is Sunday afternoon and check-out is by noon on Saturday. Please note we cannot accommodate early arrivals or late departures.
*No Pets & No Smoking. We love your furry friends, but unfortunately they cannot stay at our rentals. (Rule does not apply to service animals.) Students are expected to leave the cottage clean. A cleaning fee is included in the cost of the room unless additional cleaning is required.
The price of the boathouse is $2500 for the week.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a non-refundable deposit of $100. If you cancel your housing up to 60 days prior to the day of your arrival, you will receive an 80% refund.
If you cancel your housing up to 30 days prior to the day of your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel your workshop and/or housing less than 30 days prior to workshop start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
In the event that your workshop is cancelled by Castle Hill and you do not transfer to another workshop, you will receive a refund in full.
